Ø  To validate and confirm any reservation, it will be necessary to make the corresponding total payment.

Ø  In case of Cancellation it must be at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise there will be no refund.

Ø  Non-Refundable Fee 

Ø  Check In Hours between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Required Confirmation for Early Check in)

Ø  Without prior confirmation for Early Check In, you must wait for the delivery of your Room

Ø  If you require a Late Check In after 10:00 p.m. It will be necessary to notify reception directly

Ø  Check Out Hours between 11:00 AM and Maximum 12:00 PM (Require confirmation for Late Check Out)

Ø Without prior confirmation for Late Check Out, half the lodging rate will be charged to your account if your departure is between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m., after 4:00 p.m. Full Rate will be charged

Ø At the moment of Confirming the Payment of your Reservation, it will be necessary to send in writing any special request that your Reservation requires, it will be necessary to have the confirmation and approval by us, to attend said request.

Ø Anyone who visits a guest and wants to use the facilities will have to cover a fee of $300

Ø  Prices subject to change without notice.

Ø  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Hotel and only in designated areas.

Ø   We are not responsible for forgotten or lost objects in any common area of the Hotel and inside your Vehicle.

Ø   The Consumption of Food and Beverages that are not Served by the Hotel is not allowed in any Common Area, only inside your Room.

Ø  Payment by Deposit or Bank Transfer.

Ø  We accept payments with Visa and Master Card Debit and Credit Cards through our Portal and Amex Cards only through PayPal.

Ø  No Pets Allowed.

Ø  Lodging Rates Include Tax (16% VAT)

Ø  The Hotel offers free and free parking, it is not responsible for bumps, scratches, breakdowns or loss of objects.
